Kellee is a graduate of Lasell College with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and a M.S. in Management. Before becoming the Education Director at The Barn, she was the Lead Educator of the Toddler Two classroom. In that position, she helped to foster the growth and development of the many children who were in her care from 2002-2007. In July 2007, she accepted the role as the Education Director of the Holway Child Study Center-The Barn. In August 2019, Kellee was named the Executive Director of the Holway Early Childhood Centers - Barn & Rockwell.
As Executive Director, Kellee guides the teachers of Holway ECC to implement creative curriculum based on Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences. Additionally, she take pleasure in learning and recalling life's experiences through the eyes of the children. Kellee is also an Adjunct Professor at Lasell University in the School of Humanities, Education, Justice & Social Sciences.
Personal Statement: "I believe that young children learn not only through academic challenges, but through play and social interactions with peers and educators. It is also my belief that children need to be nurtured by caring educators, who can instill the appropriate skills and experiences for young children in their social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth".
Liz graduated from Lasell College in 2016 earning a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development. As a member of the Holway ECC team, she has worked in each of our classrooms providing care to children since 2012 as a Teacher Assistant, Classroom Educator, and Lead Educator. In 2024 she became Associate Director of Holway ECC and currently oversees the day-to-day operations of Holway ECC – Rockwell.
Jackie Adragna graduated from Lasell University in 2023 with a degree in Education, Curriculum, and Instruction. She is currently taking masters courses in Special Education.
Jackie worked at the Barn for three years as a Teacher's Assistant while she attended college. She has been working as a full-time teacher since she her graduation in 2023.
Jackie enjoy being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. She spends most of her free time reading, watching her favorite TV shows, and spending time with her pets. She loves to create new things, and enjoys crocheting, making jewelry, and painting.
Teresa has a degree in Education, Curriculum, and Instruction from Lasell University. She has worked at Holway ECC for four years. She enjoys cooking, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
Sadie has a Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum, and Instruction from Lasell University. She became a full time educator at Holway ECC in 2018. In her free time, she is a volunteer cheer director and cheerleading coach for her town's youth football and cheerleading league. Sadie loves spending time with her Saint Bernard, Lucy, vacationing on Cape Cod with her family, and reading.
Alex attended Lasell University where she studied Arts Management. Throughout her educational career, she worked at The Barn as a student Teacher's Assistant and found her love for early education. After graduating, she continued working at The Barn and furthered her education in Early Childhood Development. Outside of work Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, antiquing, and enjoying nature.
Bethany graduated from Lasell University in 2024 with a degree in Elementary Education. She began working at Holway ECC as a teacher assistant in October 2021. She was hired as a Lead Educator in May 2024. In her free time Bethany enjoys reading, baking cookies and scrapbooking.
Mrs. Miller has been an Educator at The Barn for 16 years and a Lead Educator for the last 12 years. She received her B.S. Mount Ida and her M.Ed. from Lesley University.
Ashley graduated from Lasell University in 2023 with a degree in Sociology and minor in Psychology. She has worked at Holway ECC since 2020 as a teacher assistant. She began her role as a full-time preschool educator in January 2024. In here free time Ashley enjoys shopping, cooking and traveling to see new beaches!
Morgan Pepe graduated from UMass Boston in 2020, receiving her degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. This is Morgan's first year working at the Barn. She enjoys walking her dog, yoga, and birdwatching.
Fran graduated from Framingham State University in 1991 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She began working at Holway ECC as a toddler teacher in fall 2017. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, arts & crafts, camping and hiking.
Patty Riley has been an Infant/Toddler Educator at Holway ECC since 2018. She earned a Child Development Associate (CDA) at Middlesex Community College in 2016. In her free time Patty enjoys cooking, shopping and watching her daughter ice-skate competitively.
Kelsey graduated from Lasell University. While at Lasell, she worked as a Teacher's Assistant from 2017-2020. Kelsey became a full time teacher in 2021. In her free time, she loves listening to music, going to concerts, and curating playlists for any mood. She also enjoys spending as much time outside as possible in our unpredictable New England weather!
Chloe graduated from Lasell University in 2024 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She began working at Holway ECC as a teacher assistant in September 2021. She returned as a full-time educator in August 2024. In her free time Chloe loves to read, go for walks and play with her dogs.
Jaclyn graduated from Lasell University in 2021 with a degree in Psychology. She began working at Holway ECC in 2018 as a teacher assistant. In 2021 she was hired as a full-time toddler educator. In her free time Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and gardening.
Quint graduated from Clark University in 2020 with a degree in Psychology. He began working as a preschool teacher at the Goddard school in 2021 and joined the Holway ECC team in spring 2024. In his free time Quint enjoys skiing, singing and reading.
